Project Description > Greenways Incorporated, in partnership with a local project team, is preparing a study for the City of Allentown that will identify major opportunities and constraints for the development of a trail network. The study will also include recommendations for future trails, trail design guidelines, and trail-related programs. The City of Allentown already has a very large amount of parkland per resident. Through this study, the City looks to find the best ways to connect this park system with bicycle and pedestrian trails that extend into all neighborhoods, points of interest, and into the region as a whole.
