Spartanburg County Bicycle and Pedestrian Master Plan
Project Description > Greenways Incorporated, with the assistance of BP Barber, was awarded a contract to develop the Spartanburg County Bicycle and Pedestrian Master Plan in 2009. The Bicycle and Pedestrian Master Plan provides clear priorities, tools, and programs for improving the bicycle and pedestrian environments in the Spartanburg Urban Area. The ultimate goal is to provide a holistic master plan for a 10 year horizon that can be used by transportation professionals when decisions are made regarding the funding of various transportation projects.
