Hot Springs Creek Greenway:

As a member of a multi-disciplinary design team, Greenways Incorporated prepared a master plan and construction documents for this 4.2-mile urban greenway in Hot Springs, Arkansas. Our work included facilitating four public workshops, preparing the master plan report and assisting Prime Contractor, Carter and Burgess, Inc. of Dallas, Texas, with the preparation of construction documents. We also prepared a Gifts Catalog for the project that will enable local residents to purchase key elements of the greenway project for personalized installation. Community participation in the planning and design of this award-winning project was a key to success, and toward that end Greenways Incorporated prepared five newsletters which were distributed to more than 1,600 residents of the community.
