Connecting Our Community (Trails Study), Allentown Pennsylvania
Project Description > Greenways Incorporated, in partnership with a local project team, prepared a study for the City of Allentown that identifies major opportunities and constraints for the development of a trail network. The study also includes recommendations for future trails, a trail design tool box, and trail-related programs. The City of Allentown already has a very large amount of parkland per resident. Through this study, the City looks to find the best ways to connect this park system with bicycle and pedestrian trails that extend into all neighborhoods, points of interest, and into the region as a whole.
